The building shall be constructed in 2 floors with a flat roof. The load bearing system shall be in concrete, steel and pre-fabricated concrete. Outer walls in wood and pre-fabrication. A direct foundation is expected. The actual swimming pool shall be executed as a swimming pool in steel.
