1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a computing server, hereinafter referred to as "Equipment".

2. The equipment must meet the requirements set out in the detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.

3. The equipment must be brand new and come from the official distribution channel of the Manufacturer to the Polish market. All elements of the delivered Equipment must be brand new (unused), be products of the Equipment Manufacturer or be certified by him and must be covered by the Manufacturer's warranty.
