The contract concerns the assignment of the (Lot 1) First reception and orientation service for users, local loan and other activities at the first access stations; shelf activities, including relocation, reorganization of library material and other activities to be carried out at the premises of the Library and (Lot 2) Cataloguing service of modern bibliographic material belonging to personal collections and authors' libraries, both with the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer on the basis of the best quality/price ratio for a four-year period, renewable for another four years.
