The purpose of the contract is the corrective and preventive maintenance service of the clean points of the Consortium for the Management of Waste Management of Vallès Oriental, hereinafter Consortium.

The purpose of the contract is the corrective and preventive maintenance service of the clean points of the Consortium for the Management of Waste Management of Vallès Oriental, hereinafter Consortium.

The scope of the contract includes:

a) Corrective maintenance for recycling points of the following specialities:

1. Electricity and lighting.

2. Water and sanitation facilities.

3. Locksmithing, railings and glass.

4. Closures.

5. Covers

6. Infrastructure.

7. Vertical signage, beaconing and containment.

8. Painting.

b) The preventive-legal maintenance of the low-voltage electricity specialty, either with its own authorized personnel or subcontracted third parties.

Excluded from the contract are corrective and preventive maintenance of fire and emergency signalling installations, forklifts, gardening, legionnaires' disease control and other corrective or preventive maintenance assigned to other companies with a current contract and those elements and/or installations that the technical services deem appropriate to exclude due to their uniqueness, such as compacting machines and shredding rollers.
