The purpose of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of electricity, energy and volume metering systems for heat-generation and refrigeration equipment as well as electricity, gas and water distribution equipment in all buildings in Brussels occupied by the European Committee of the Regions and the European Economic and Social Committee.

For information only, the contract would include:

— electricity metering installation: approximately 137 items,

— volume metering installation: approximately 15 items,

— calorimetry installation: approximately 8 items,

— gas metering installation: approximately 0 items.

— programming and information transfer to be planned (including new meters to be installed): approximately 192 items,

— programming and information transfer to be planned (including new meters to be installed): approximately 21 items,

— programming and information transfer to be planned (including new meters to be installed): approximately 22 items,

— programming and information transfer to be planned (including new meters to be installed): approximately 5 items.

The performance of this contract would particularly involve the following services; however, this list is not exhaustive:

— site inventory,

— works involving insulation and piping modification,

— installation of electricity metering items,

— installation of calorimetry items,

— installation of volume metering items,

— installation of gas metering units,

— works to rehabilitate existing hydraulic circuits,

— electrical works,

— programming works,

— test and commissioning operations,

— final cleaning.
