EDF SEI may benefit, if it so wishes and at its first request, from the commercial conditions of the market (s) awarded by Enedis for its needs, via a stipulation clause for others inserted in the market (s).

Supply of PAC 4 UF type stations (Manoeuvring Corridor Stations)In accordance with Article R. 2162-4 of the Public Order Code, the maximum of the framework agreement that will be concluded is 4000 units, it being specified that this indication has no contractual commitment value for the Company.

Supply of PAC 3 UF (Manoeuvring Corridor Stations)In accordance with Article R. 2162-4 of the Public Order Code, the maximum of the framework agreement that will be concluded is 2400 units, it being specified that this indication has no contractual commitment value for the Company.
The equipment must comply with the requirements of the following standards and specifications:

Supply of PSUC substations (Compact Urban Simplified Substations with a power of 250 to 630 kVA)In accordance with Article R. 2162-4 of the Public Order Code, the maximum of the framework agreement that will be concluded is 1000 units, it being specified that this indication has no contractual commitment value for the Company.
