BTV Innkjøp shall, on behalf of Buskerud, Telemark and Vestfold counties, as well as several of the municipalities in the areas, enter into a framework agreement for landline and mobile telephony, including mobile data traffic.

The contract is for the provision of landline and mobile telephony, including mobile data traffic.

The contract's total value is estimated to be 35 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum. The estimated values are based on statistics for the procurement of equivalent products for a similar buyer group for previous years, as well as future budgets. The values must therefore be seen as a non-binding estimate.

The contracting authority shall have an option for a M2M system, Gateway and mobile/cloud based telephone exchange and telephone exchange systems.
