Probation Service Nederland wants to create a welcoming and safe (work) environment for its clients, employees and visitors.

This aims to achieve this by entering into an agreement with one or more supplier (s) to provide Probation Service The Netherlands with personnel occupation in respect of security and reception services.

The security services cover 42 locations of Probation Netherlands by allowing your security guards to be present at the locations of Probation Service Netherlands, conducting open and closing rounds in the premises and monitoring alarms from the control room. The monitoring centre has housed Probation Service Netherlands with third parties (Nederlandse Veiligheidsdienst Groep Meldkamer b.v.) and is therefore not part of the security services requested.

The assignment consists of reception services with which Probation Service Nederland wishes to complete the occupation of 23 of its receptions. Probation service The Netherlands employs part of the receptionists and wishes to use reception services for those moments when there is no occupation at the reception.
