The offer includes a framework agreement on service and maintenance of AIA, ADK and TVO facilities as well as a framework agreement on the provision of service and maintenance of ABA facilities for the municipality of Hillerød. The framework agreement thus consists of 2 sub-contracts:

1) Service and maintenance of AIA, ADK and TVO systems (alarm access control and video surveillance);

2) Service and maintenance of ABA systems and related services (fire alarm systems).

This sub-contract concerns the establishment of a framework agreement that includes servicing and maintenance of Hillerød Municipality's automatic burglar alarm systems (AIA), electronic access control systems (ADK) and video surveillance systems (TVO). This includes the provision of annual service as well as service and maintenance as required and related services, including servicing and replacement of components. In addition, the Hillerød Municipality can, through the framework agreement, procure the dismantling of existing TVO systems as well as the conversion of individual TVO systems from decentralized solutions to a centralized solution.

This sub-contract concerns the establishment of a framework agreement that includes servicing and maintenance of Hillerød Municipality's automatic fire alarm system (ABA) and related installations such as automatic fire door closure (ABDL), automatic fire ventilation system (ABV), warning system (AVA), emergency and panic lighting. The framework agreement also covers the procurement of benefits relating to preparation of statutory electrical safety certificates in connection with inspection as well as other related services such as fault rectification, component replacement and system conversion.
