The subject of the order is the construction and modernization of road lighting within the Municipality of Ludwin.

1. The subject of the contract is the construction and modernization of road lighting in Ludwin Municipality.

2. The scope of the task includes:

- execution of the project of construction and modernization of the street lighting system with all required arrangements including agreement with RE Lublin Teren;

- execution of a project to build street lighting in Ludwin Cologne (2 locations) and First (1 location) with all required law arrangements and permits including obtaining a construction permit or effective declaration of works;

- replacement of 587 existing exploited and inefficient diesel luminaires for modern luminaires with LED light sources to increase energy and economic efficiency and obtain the correct lighting parameters;

- replacement of luminaire power wires and luminaire protections with new ones;

- replacement of the booms together with fixing fixtures;

- modernization of measurement and distribution systems of street lighting;

- replacement of 16 park-lighting poles together with fixtures for new park poles together with fixtures;

- installation and commissioning of the control system of street lighting fixtures;

- construction of 3 newly designed street lighting circuits on the territory of Ludwin Municipality in Ludwin Cologne (2 locations) and First (1 location), earthworks, electrical installation, installation of poles, installation of LED luminaires with control system, construction of cable lines;

- construction of 80 pole stations with street lighting and renewable energy sources, i.e. solar and wind power;

- disposal of disassembled luminaires, light sources and other disassembled materials;

- carrying out tests and measurements of the completed installation.

3. The Contracting Authority requires that products (materials) offered by the Contractor under the subject of the contract shall be characterized by technical and utility parameters not inferior to those indicated in the documentation, namely:

- the lighting fixtures offered must comply with the technical and utility requirements of the Ordering Party and guarantee the values of lighting parameters at a level not less than the requirements of standard PN—EN 13201:2016 — Road lighting (or equivalent);

- the total power of all lighting fixtures offered for installation in the scope of modernisation (without the added sections) i.e. the total actual power of all fixtures shall not be more than 26.64 kW.
