1. The object of the order is:
delivery to the National Centre for Nuclear Research of the POLATOM Radioisotope Centre of the isotope enriched with Te-130 in the form of tellurium dioxide Te-130 (TeO2) in the amount of 8 kg of Tellurium (Te).

Single chemical impurity: ≤ 10 ppm
Total chemical impurities: ≤ 200 ppm
Unit packaging: 1 - 8 kg
The Ordering Party requires delivery, along with the delivery of the subject of the order, of a product safety data sheet and a quality certificate.
The Ordering Party allows the execution of the order in partial deliveries or one-off delivery according to the schedule agreed and accepted by the Ordering Party.

Last delivery by 15 March 2023 after agreement with the Ordering Party
The costs of delivering the product to the Ordering Party's headquarters shall be borne by the Contractor and should be included in the price of the offer.
The delivery of each batch of the subject of the contract shall be considered by the Ordering Party as properly carried out after its delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters together with the product safety data sheet and quality certificate, in accordance with the delivery schedule (agreed and accepted by the Ordering Party) and the preparation of a delivery and acceptance protocol for this circumstance, signed without comments by authorized representatives of the Ordering Party and the Contractor.
Each partial delivery will be confirmed by a PZ document - acceptance to the warehouse signed by an authorized representative of the Ordering Party.
- The date of the last delivery is the final date of completion of the contract.
- Payment to the Contractor for the implementation of the subject of the contract (subsequent delivery) will take place after signing the acceptance protocol, based on a properly issued VAT invoice.
The deadline for payment of the invoice may not be shorter than 30 days from the date of its receipt by the Ordering Party, with the proviso that the invoice will be delivered at least 23 days before the payment date so specified, and in the event of failure to comply with this deadline, the payment deadline is automatically extended by the time of delay in delivery of the invoice.
