The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 for the needs of the Entities belonging to the Purchasing Group (established by MPGK on the basis of Agreements/Agreements on joint conduct of public procurement procedures for the purchase of electricity).

Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej – Krośnieński Holding Komunalny Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością as an entity authorized to conduct the procedure and award the contract on behalf of and for the benefit of all Entities – members of the Purchasing Group, will conclude one contract with the selected Contractor according to the template constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ. 2. Demand for electricity by type of tariffs, consumption points is described in detail in Annex 4 to the SWZ. After selecting the Contractor and signing the contract, the Contracting Authority will provide the necessary documents (separate for each entity) to submit the electricity sale agreement and updated data in an editable version – Excel file. Annex 4a to the SWZ describes a summary statement of electricity demand by entities and tariffs. The energy consumption values indicated in Annex 4 to the SWZ were adopted to calculate the estimated value of the contract, which does not reflect the actual use of electricity during the term of the contract and in no case can be the basis for any claims on the part of the Contractor. 4. The estimated demand for electricity in the contractual period for all entities belonging to the Purchasing Group amounts to approx. 56.6 GWh and should be assumed to be equal for each quarter.
