The services provided by this invitation to tender concern interconnection work between the district heating network's heating systems at the Petite Bouverie in Rouen. This work concerns the link between the existing boiler room and that of the small bouverie in progress. This link is buried and will require earthworks, then the supply and installation of pre-insulated pipes. This contract will also include an option to carry out sinking work for a possible crossing of the RN 28.

The services expected under this contract are:

- surveys for the identification of existing networks,

- the realization of trenches,

- supply and installation of pre-insulated pipes and all the accessories necessary for the proper execution of the heating network,

- the implementation of materials for pipe laying,

- embankments complying with the different requirements,

- the restoration of the deposited works,

- the construction of the excavation works for sending and receiving for horizontal sinking under the RN 28.
