Klinikum Wahrendorff GmbH, Rudolf-Wahrendorff-Strasse 22, 31319 Sehnde, is planning the centralization of the Clinic Wahrendorff at the Köthenwald location through a multi-storey new building. The design concept groups five two- to three-storey courtyards (components A to E) around a common center and in this way divides the construction volume into scale units. Superordinate uses such as entrances, sports hall and dining room are grouped between the houses, in the joints.

The individual measures listed below are part of this tender:

- Installation of an industrial kitchen equipment;

- Installation of cooling systems.

- Installation of approx. 30 meters of refrigeration pipe for cold storage and approx. 30 meters of cooling pipe for refrigeration:

—— 1 refrigeration system for refrigeration refrigeration;

—— 1 refrigeration system for deep-freeze refrigeration;

—— 1 piece combination cold room, approx. 20 sqm 2nd including shelving systems;

—— 3.3 meters of shelving for dry storage;

—— 3 induction trolleys for food distribution.

- equipment for staff changing rooms;

- Equipping a scullery with a large basin sink and hood dishwasher;

- Food preparation devices, 2 combi steamers, microwave, double fitter, induction cooker, grill plate, pasta cooker with appropriate stainless steel furniture:

—— approx. 8 m food serving with 2 x 3 GN warm serving with granite cover;

—— 1 piece of dessert island;

—— 1 piece of lettuce island.

- Prep kitchen with bulk brewer and refrigerators and cooling tables.
