This contract is a multi-year supply contract with orders within the meaning of article 2, 21 o of the law of 17.6.2016, having for object the subscription, training and support of Talend licenses for the IT park of the public service of Wallonia.

The tenderer is requested to submit an offer for the various items included in this CSC and in the inventory.

These positions (more fully detailed in "Title IV technical requirements" of this CSC) are six in number and are as follows:

- item 1: existing Talend license subscriptions;

- item 2: subscription for new Talend users;

- position 3: on-site training in the use, development and administration of Talend;

- item 4: subscription to training via the Talend Academy;

- item 5: exceptional support services on request;

- item 6: services in project mode.
