The subject of the contract is the service of collection and transport of municipal waste from inhabited and mixed properties located in the area of the Municipality of Łeba and PSZOK in the period from 10.10.2022 to 31.12.2022. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in particular of:

1) collection of municipal waste from real estate on which residents live and mixed real estate, located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Łeba;

2) collection of waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) at Wspólna 1 Street in Łeba;

3) transport of collected mixed municipal waste and selectively collected municipal waste (excluding biodegradable waste) to the Installation ZZO "Czysta Błękitna Kraina" Sp. z o.o., Czarnówko 34, 84-351 Nowa Wieś Lęborska;

4) transport of biodegradable waste collected to the Installation of Water Company "Łeba" Wspólna 1, 84-360 Łeba;

5) purchasing and supplying property owners with bags for separate collection of municipal waste;

6) each time informing the Ordering Party about the identified cases of non-compliance with the provisions of the Regulations of maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Łeba.

The estimated total amount of municipal waste collected from inhabited and mixed properties and PSZOK in the period from 10.10.2022 to 31.12.2022: 500.00 Mg.

The total minimum amount of municipal waste collected from inhabited and mixed properties and PSZOK guaranteed by the Ordering Party in the period from 10.10.2022 to 31.12.2022: 200.00 Mg.
