Time Municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement for 2+1+1 years with a tenderer for the provision of annual service and maintenance of the municipality's ventilation installations.

The delivery will mainly cover the contracting authority's continual need for annual service and maintenance of the municipality's approx. 140 ventilation installations, with the accompanying filters.

The contracts also concern new procurements, repairs, and alteration of the existing installations with the limitations in the reservations.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to:

- make minor supplementary procurements from other suppliers when appropriate

- collect tenders in accordance with current regulations for projects with a value of NOK 75,000, excluding VAT.
