The complete renovation of the buildings of the büscherhof community primary school and the associated gymnasium as well as the two-storey extension for a canteen with functional rooms and rooms for the open full day is the subject of the measure.

The existing buildings date back to the 1960s. The existing buildings have a GFA of approx. 3,000 sqm, the extension building in conventional masonry construction with reinforced concrete ceilings a GFA of approx. 1,700 sqm and the gymnasium a GFA of approx. 670 sqm.

The energetic renovation of the building envelope of all existing buildings, the implementation of the requirements of structural fire protection as well as the new installation of the entire building technology are part of the measure.

In the existing buildings and the new building, linoleum and needlepunch laying work must be carried out on existing and new screed surfaces. This applies to the classrooms and access areas in the new building as well as the teaching and administrative areas in the existing building.
