The price/performance ratio is set at 55% price and 45% performance.

The utility value is calculated at the set price-to-performance ratio. The bidder with the highest utility value is awarded the bid. The valuation therefore takes into account price and performance according to the weightings to be defined. The sum of the weighting must be 100%.

If two companies have reached the same value, the company that has achieved the better result for the more important criterion is awarded:

X the company with the lower price when price is the more important decision criterion

◾ the company with the higher performance metric when performance is the more important decision criterion

After a formal and mathematical examination of the offers, a sampling appointment will take place on site at the Gabersee site in Wasserburg.

The sampling of the products offered is firmly planned for the 5 bidders with the highest score for the price. (see preliminary remarks 01 award criteria). If several of the first 5 bidders offer the exact same furniture in the entire range advertised, only the bidder with the highest number of sub-points from price will be invited to sample among you. It is therefore possible for bidders who do not belong to the first 5 bidders under the award criterion “price “to move up.

The bidders identified in this way must deliver samples that meet the requirements of the list of services and products free of charge within 7 calendar days following the invitation of the awarding body.

The sample pieces must not have any visible manufacturer and serial designations.

The invitation to the sample appointment will be made at short notice. The sampling is expected to take place from 29.11. - 06.12.2021.
