This call for tenders is being launched as an interagency procurement, under the lead of the European Chemicals Agency (lead contracting authority) and aims at providing to the participating EU Bodies a framework contract for the provision of pre-certification, transfer of certification, certification, surveillance, and re-certification audit services related to the standards listed in Section 1.4.1 of the Tender Specifications.
