Ordered object:
- The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the reception, transport and development of municipal waste from real estate inhabited from the area of the Municipality of Łapanów with 17 sołectw: Boczów, Brzezowa, Chrostowa, Cichawka, Grabie, Kamyk, Kępanów, Kobylec, Lubomierz, Łapanów, Sobolów, Tarnawa, Tarnawa, Ubrzeż, Wieruszyce, Wola Wieruszycka, Wolica, Zbydniów and cottages or other properties used for recreational and recreational purposes in the territory of the municipality of Łapanów and the organization and operation of PSZOK from 3.01.2022 to 31.12.2022.
- Equipment of the property with bags designed to collect waste.
- Organizing and carrying out the collection of large-sized waste twice a year prior to the property and used electrical and electronic equipment, tyres and hazardous waste twice a year from the site indicated by the Ordering Party in the area of the Municipality of Pawanów. The date for receipt of the above waste will be determined by the Contracting Authority with the Contractor.
- Equipment of pharmacies with containers for expired medicines and the provision of containers for selective collection of batteries and small-sized batteries in the Municipality Office building and six schools within the municipality.
- Organizing and conducting the stationary Selective Communal Waste Collective Point - PSZOK.
- Delivery to each property a municipal waste collection schedule covering the entire year 2022.
- Contractor's compliance with the limits of the waste received.
A detailed description of the object of the order and its implementation is included in the Annex to the SWZ “Detailed Description of the Order Subject”.
Attention:
The amount of actual collected and developed unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and received and processed selectively collected municipal waste may differ from the declared and will depend on the actual demand of the Contracting Authority, and the Contracting Authority will not incurred no consequences from this title. The maximum quantities provided in the description of the item of the order are only estimates.
Employment requirement on the basis of employment relationship
Requirements referred to in Article 95 Pzp.
1. Because the execution of this order must be carried out by performing
under the conditions laid down in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974, the labour code - for the benefit of the contractor or subcontractor, at the place and time indicated by the contractor or subcontractor - the contractor, in accordance with Article 95 (1) of the act pzp requires the employment by the contractor or subcontractor of persons performing activities entering the so-called direct costs on the basis of the employment relationship. This requirement applies to persons who perform activities directly related to the performance of the services covered by the contract, namely the so-called manual workers in particular. :
1) related to the collection and export of municipal waste from property owners, in particular operators, drivers, loaders,
2) acting as coordinator (and, in his absence, deputy)
