The local government of Dendermonde annually purchases planting material for various locations. In order to make the purchase and delivery more efficient, it wishes to conclude a framework agreement for its purchase. The framework agreement is divided into 2 lots:

- Plot 1: Perennials and bulbous plants

- Plot 2: Woody crops

This assignment is a framework agreement.

The tenderer shall communicate a discount percentage applicable to the list prices it uses. Approval is granted per lot on the basis of a predetermined list of current articles. Based on this article list, the prices will be compared with each other.

In order to prevent the pricing from being influenced by lowering the price of specific items, we will not communicate the current items with the order. The list has been drawn up in advance and approved by the College of Mayor and Aldermen... (see assignment documents)
