This Framework Agreement covers the following photography services (hereinafter the Service):

•Portrait photography

• Reportagebilder

• Imagebilder

• Bildbearbetning.

Agreement Term

The agreement enters into force on the day the agreement is signed by both parties and is thereafter valid for two years.

The Swedish Agency for Marine and Water Management has the unilateral right, but not the obligation, to extend the agreement by two years.

The maximum contract period may thus amount to a total of four years.

The agreement does not entail any commitment on the part of HaV regarding the purchase of a specific total volume during the contract period, but may amount to a maximum of SEK 800,000.
