The measure within the scope of the roof waterproofing and roof plumbing work covers exclusively the school building, in particular construction site equipment and roof waterproofing and roof plumbing work.
The works are divided into 2 sections.
Main roof above the 3rd floor (existing roof with new extensions):
Roof waterproofing work (roof insulation, bitumen membranes) as well as roof plumbing work (main drainage as pressure flow drainage (inside) and emergency drainage, parapet drains).
Roof over the refectory (new retention roof):
Roof waterproofing work (slope insulation, bitumen membranes, green roofs as a retention roof) as well as roof plumbing work (main drainage, parapet drains and emergency drainage, parapet drains).
Part of this procurement is roof waterproofing and roof plumbing work by the school on the school property at Stillerzeile 100 in Berlin. As component 1, the school is part of the overall measure "Renovation and expansion of the school site Stillerzeile 100 to a
2.5-track primary school and construction of a 2-field sports hall".
In the course of the complete renovation of the existing school building, all concrete façade panels were dismantled. The façade of the existing building will be renewed in wooden panel elements. The extensions are made of reinforced concrete. Accordingly, the metal façade will be mounted on wooden panel elements and, in the area of the new extensions, on reinforced concrete exterior walls.
The roof of the existing building, including the new extensions, will be thermally insulated and sealed with bitumen membranes. The main drainage is realized via a pressurized flow drainage system below the roof ceiling, the emergency drainage is carried out via attic drains. The roof of the canteen (new building) will be thermally insulated, sealed with bitumen membranes and designed as a retention roof. Main and emergency drainage is provided via parapet drains.
