Object of the contract is a service for collecting and transmitting images of horse races, as follows:

a) infrastructure system: consisting of all the equipment, telematic, electronic and television systems as well as the necessary personnel;

b) editorial service: that is the set of services necessary for the management of the infrastructural system, for the production of radio-television products to be disseminated in support of horse races, equestrian sporting events, promotion of horse culture, of the Italian breeding and of how much it is expression of activity connected with the agricultural activities;

c) related services: shooting of sporting events; creation of a web-service platform; service marketing activities.

Requested service:

a) infrastructural system: it constitutes the technical equipment for the realization of the service as defined in the present specification; it is made up of all the equipment, technology, systems, functionalities, concessions and acts designed to ensure full functionality. This infrastructural system is thus essentially articulated:

- the system of contributing signals from racetracks towards central control,

- the central technical direction,

- the transmission system of the various channels to the users;

b) direction and editing: the set of personnel and services necessary for the management of the infrastructural system, for the production of radio-television products to be distributed to support horse races, equestrian sporting events, the web platform in its various forms , of the promotion of events and the sector, including what is an expression of activity connected with agricultural activities; in summary it coincides with the professional work carried out by the employees involved in the execution of the services subject to the contract;

c) the annexed services include:

- creation and management of an internet service platform, to complement the dissemination activities of the images of the races broadcast on institutional channels and the dissemination channel, in support of the activities related to the general operation of the television signal transmission system,

- special events: service of national and international television broadcasts of racing relevance at Italian and foreign racecourses,

- marketing activities, aimed at enhancing the service being contracted and spreading the activities related to the horse racing chain and related activities.
