As part of this award procedure, the State Office of Finance, Regensburg Department, awards services for 2 employees in the IT Service Desk within the framework of temporary employment. The benefits include 2 employees with a scope of 330 person-days each with the separately retrievable option to call up a further 330 PT per employee (taking into account the regulations according to the Temporary Employment Act). With this procurement measure, a reinforcement of the user service center at the Regensburg office of the LfF is to be achieved. Participation in the user service center requires the personal presence of the IT Service Desk employees on five working days per week (Monday - Friday) at the LfF, DSt. Regensburg, Bahnhofstr. 7, 93047 Regensburg. The performance of the service requires an employment relationship between the employees and the contractor/lender subject to social security contributions as well as a valid permit in accordance with §1 and 2 AÜG.

With the appropriate qualification of the employees and after explicit consent of the client, the provision of the service may be granted on a daily basis in the private rooms of the employees (home office). The performance of the service requires an existing employment relationship subject to social security contributions (at the latest from the beginning of the provision of the service) between the employees intended for the provision of the service and the contractor/lender as well as a valid permission of the contractor according to §1 and 2 AÜG.
