1. The subject of the contract is the service of overhaul for the renewal of the PRS class of CONTROLLER-22 and TUCANA vessels.

2. The detailed scope of repair works performed on CONTROLLER-22 and TUCANA vessels is specified in the Repair Specifications (series 100, 200, 300) constituting Annex 4.1 and Annex 4.2 to the SWZ.

3. All works will be carried out under the supervision of PRS.

4. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL, the contracting authority requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons on the basis of an employment contract who will perform the activities described in § 1(3) of the draft Agreement;

5. Required quality guarantee period – min. 24 months.

The scope of renovation works includes m.in .:

- docking of the unit,

- works related to the maintenance of the vessel in operation, performance of all repairs and maintenance works such as: hull washing, replacement of passive hull protection protectors, ice box and bow thruster,

- cleaning of hull tanks and tanks inserted in various ranges,

- expansion of the freshwater system: bringing the drawing points on board,

- making a handrail on the boarding ladder to the pelengowy deck, making a handrail and railings,

- modification of the entrance gangway,

- inspection of rudder shafts and fins, shafts and propellers, inspection of the bow thruster,

- repair of bottom and side fittings,

- anchor chain maintenance,

- installation of pressure gauges on the shaft seal cooling system with a signaling system,

- installation of control panel ventilation,

- execution of electrical mega-certificate.

All work carried out under the supervision of PRS.

The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure in respect of part 2 of the contract if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it (pursuant to Article 257(1) in conjunction with Article 259 of the PPL)

The scope of renovation works includes m.in .:

- docking of the unit,

- works related to the maintenance of the unit in service, performance of all repairs and maintenance works on the unit such as: cleaning and painting the hull and superstructures, replacement of passive hull protection protectors, cleaning of hull tanks and tanks inserted in various ranges,

- maintenance of equipment and elements of deck equipment such as: anchor equipment, steering gear, entrance flaps, anchor chain, plough-tight doors, deck crane,

- repair of bottom and side fittings,

- inspection of rudder shafts and fins, shafts and propellers, inspection of the bow thruster, side coolers,

- repair of sanitary water, fresh water, cooling sea water installations,

- making a box for starter batteries,

- inspection of ballast pumps, bilge pumps, liquid level gauges,

- review of transformer, starters, alternators, generators, electric motors,

- execution of electrical mega-certificate.

- replacement of the wooden deck,

- reconstruction of the chimney routes and construction of a new transport cover on board.

All work carried out under the supervision of PRS.
