The object of the acquisition is the acquisition of licenses for Citrix software products (or equivalent). The object of the acquisition also includes user rights maintenance, support and distribution services.

To make an offer, the Model Agreement attached as Appendix 3 to the Invitation to Tender, the Data Protection Agreement in Appendix 3.1 and the Non-Disclosure Agreement in Appendix 3.2 must be taken into account and accepted as such.
