Fife Housing Association wishes to enter into a Measure Term Contract Agreement (MTCA) with 2 separate organisations/suppliers who are suitably qualified and experienced in the provision of gas services and reactive repairs and ad-hoc boiler and full system renewal for the lot and categories detailed below. The MTCA for gas services and reactive repairs and ad-hoc boiler and full system renewal will be for a 3 year period with the option to extend for 2 x single 1 year periods solely at Fife Housing Association discretion.
