Oslo University Hospital, c/o the Procurement Department, invites to a tender contest for electro technical works at the generator park south of the emergency power supply at Ullevål Hospital, Kirkeveien 166, Oslo.
The works are planned to be initiated from the end of September 2016 and completed by Mai 2017.
The Contracting Authority therefore requests tenders for:
— Contract K401 New emergency power generators based on NS 8405:2008.
Simultaneously the Contracting Authority also obtain tenders for contracts K201 Foundation, K202 Demolition of the stretcher building, K402 Distribution generators in containers and the Collaboration contract K405 Electro technical works. The Contracting Authority wishes to award the collaboration liability to 1 of the coordinated contracts in order to ensure that the Contracting Authority gets a well coordination of the project in close interaction with the hospital in operation. The hospital in operation means very critical activities in affected buildings connected to the emergency power supply. The contractor must actively cooperate with the collaboration contractor, other contractors, the contracting authority's project manager and construction manager.
The project includes a new generator park that shall supply the southern hospital area with emergency power. The area includes buildings with the most patient critical somatic activity with numerous operating theatres.
Buildings that shall be connected to the generator park south are: 2+3+4+6+7+8+9+13+14+16+17. The improvement of infrastructure, excavation and cabling of the buildings are not included in this project/contract.
The following is included in the project:
4 new emergency power generators in containers, at Ullevål University Hospital, shall be delivered. 3 emergency power generators in containers are currently supplying several buildings with back-up power/emergency power. The new generators will be colocated between buildings 13 and 14, in a 3+N solution.
The description in this tender includes delivery and installation of distribution generators, including containers.
The existing 3 emergency power generators in containers shall be removed and possibly rebuilt for adaption to OUS Ullevål's control and monitoring system for emergency power generators, as well as clarification for the Auto Test Function. The generators shall be stored until they are ready for reconstruction and relocation at a suitable site in the northern area. The reconstruction and re-installation will be included in contract K411, which currently are not decided executed.
The emergency power system shall always be in full operation, and a plan for phases are prepared and presented an interaction letter.

Contract K405 Interconnection of generators and switch board containers;
Contract K501 Monitoring/control SCADA and PMS (the tender documents are not yet published).
The Northern area (the tender documents are not yet published):
Contract K211 Foundation for the generators and reconstruction of the existing generator room;
Contract K411 Reconstruction and relocation of the existing emergency power generators in containers;
Contract K413 Distribution and interconnection of the generators in the northern area.
Numerous technical and functional requirements are made. The requirements concern engineering design, the quality of the equipment and installation.
