With this notice, the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK), requests tenders for a framework agreement for the transport of passengers by taxis in Oslo and neighbouring areas. The contract shall ensure that the prices and conditions that are achieved are in accordance with the users' needs and expectations. The objective of the framework agreement is to have a service provider of taxi services where simplified routines for booking and payment are emphasised, in addition to the actual transport service.

The framework agreement´s length will be 2 years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend for a further 1 + 1 year. The framework agreement can be valid for a maximum of 4 years. The expected start-up date of the framework agreement is 1 January 2023.

NRK's scope of taxi services in Oslo is declining and the expected annual value for taxi services in the Oslo area is approx. NOK 2 million.

The maximum upper limit for the agreement is a total of NOK 10 million over 4 years.
