STW and DVW wish to award framework agreements for the provision of works and services to support STW and DVW direct labour in undertaking repair and maintenance on the water distribution network. Works and services to be provided are reinstatement, temporary traffic management and construction services (contract labour). The works and services required for Water Distribution Repair and Maintenance and Developer Services are similar, but will be tendered as separate lots (and sub-lots).
