Description:
Choice of the Technical Controller for the rehabilitation of 45 collective housing units and 12 individual dwellings on Rue Edgard Degas and Rue Charles Pranard in Roubaix

The contract was awarded pursuant to Articles R.2124-2, R.2161-2 and R.2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The contract will commence on the date of notification and will end upon expiry of the guarantee period of perfect completion.

The missions entrusted are: L+S basic mission, the additional missions F, Ph, Th, Hand, Le, Gtb, Env, Hys, as well as other missions listed in Article 12.

The contract is awarded at a global and revisable fixed price
