The purpose of this Tender is to contract one supplier for the supply of printing equipment, associated software and its maintenance.

The term of the new agreement to be concluded is five years (60 months) with the option to extend it 2 times for one year (2 x 12 months).

The Client wishes to contract one contractor that provides at least:

• Delivery and installation of 111 multifunctionals and 17 printers in various locations (see Appendix E).

• Management software delivery and installation.

• Delivery and installation of Cloud-based print spooler software including Follow Me

• Maintenance on printing equipment and software supplied.

Each year, this is an order value of around €200,000, — excluding VAT.

This is an indicative amount. No rights can be derived from this amount and the scope of the assignment.
