The framework agreement shall be concluded without minimum or maximum. Technical characteristics: the programme focuses on the design and realization of public facilities and facilities for roads, green spaces and networks in a sector of 14 ha and the support of the realization of approximately 270 to 300 dwellings, of a varied typology, and allowing to cover the stages of the residential route. Place of execution: ZAC de la Péninguette — Migné-Auxances (86440) estimated work envelope: EUR 4 000 000. Forecast planning: 2021-2030 (nine years). The duration of the framework agreement shall be set out in Article 5.1 of the Framework Agreement. The estimated overall duration is nine years. As a guide, the first subsequent contracts are expected to begin in September 2021.
