The subject of the contract is the supply of diesel oil including successive delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters in an estimated amount of 770 m3. The ordered diesel oil will be used by the Ordering Party only for its own purposes

2. The diesel fuel purchased from the Contractor shall be intended solely for the Ordering Party's own use.

3. The Contractor guarantees that the fuel sold will meet the quality requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1314). The Contractor undertakes to supply fuel with a CFPP indicator (cold filter blockage temperature) appropriate to changing weather conditions. Fuel for the transitional period from 1 October to 15 November and from 1 March to 15 April must have a cold filter interlocking temperature of not more than: -10 °C. For diesel fuel to be available from 16 November to the end of February, the cold filter interlocking temperature is not higher than. -20 °C.

4. Diesel oil shall be delivered by road tankers to the Contractor's headquarters at the Contractor's expense and risk. Deliveries will be made on working days (from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. In justified cases, the Contractor is obliged to make deliveries also on other days. The Ordering Party shall forward the order for the delivery of the next batch of fuel in advance, no later than two days before the delivery date. The Ordering Party reserves the right to indicate other hours of acceptance of diesel oil or change the quantity of deliveries one day in advance.

5. The Contracting Authority has a service station in the form of 3 ground tanks. The transhipment activities shall be on the Contractor.

6. The projected one-time delivery will not be less than 5000 liters and not more than 15000 liters.
