The aim of the procurement is to engage qualified construction managers in order to strengthen VAV's capacity within operation, maintenance and project implementation.

The aim will be achieved by the procurement of 2 construction managers. One construction manager shall be engaged in the section for project implementation and shall control construction and maintenance projects for water and sewage pipelines and the accompanying pump stations and buildings, reduction manholes etc.

The other construction manager shall be engaged in the section for water distribution and shall carry out operational related assignments on the distribution network as well as water related installations, including fountains and water basins.
