Provision of services for fire safety, personal assistance and surveillance patrols at the site of the European Parliament in Luxembourg.

This contract covers the following services:

1. basic services:

• services in the field of fire safety and personal assistance, in application of the regulations regarding the risks of fire and panic and personal assistance, including fire safety dispatching;

• provision of security patrol guards.

2. optional services:

• dog handler or armed guard activities, within the field of private security in accordance with the legal framework governing private security activities in Luxembourg. These services are not part of the recurring services and may be ordered, as appropriate, on an exceptional basis.

If necessary, in the event of a large-scale event or a significant risk, the contractor's staff may be called upon to provide support to the statutory staff.
