Mission of urban planners of sectors for the development operation of the ZAC RESTANQUE, in Montpellier. The perimeter is divided into 3 geographical sectors for which the respective framework agreements will be notified separately to the 3 holders of this consultation.

The purpose of these framework agreements and subsequent contracts to be concluded on their basis relates to: - Mission 1: Planning party (of the sector) - Mission 2: Sector guide plan- Mission 3: Scheme by sub-sectors- Missions 4: Assistance in the preparation of PLU evolution documents - PLUI, or project declaration as regards the sector concerned- Mission 5: Development of a charter of commercial brands (of the sector) - Mission 6: Architectural, Urban, Landscape and Environmental Prescriptions (CPAUPE) (of the sector) - Mission 7: Feasibility study of a particular block or lot- Mission 8: Establishment of lot sheets- Mission 9: Participation in the designation of operators and/or architects of private lots or public facilities/architectural analysis of offers- Mission 10: Operational monitoring missions of private projects- Mission 11: Realization of a digital study model- Mission 12: Participation in the consultation- Mission 13: Punctual and optional interventions
