The provision of multi disciplinary professional services will support the delivery of capital funded major repairs and improvements, revenue funded service contracts and external repair and redecoration projects. A maximum of one contract will be awarded therefore all companies expressing an interest must be capable of providing all of the required services either directly and/or via their supply chain arrangements.
