Transcribing, literally and/or verbatim, conversation recordings: audio recordings and/or audio image recordings. A call recording is converted to written text in the same language as in the relevant call recording. Conversation recordings take place both digitally and physically in various forms: at least in focus groups, meetings and/or (individual) interviews.
The conversations are mainly recorded in the Dutch language, in addition in English. Transcripts must be made to and from Dutch or to and from English. In addition, conversation recordings also take place, for example in Turkish, Berber, Arabic (different dialects/ variants) or Polish language. It is expected that RIVM will conduct more qualitative research among people with other migration backgrounds in the future. Transcripts in other languages are therefore desirable. Transcripts in Dutch and/or English will always contain the majority of the assignments.
