Framework agreement: Continuous acceptance and recycling of paper, cardboard and cardboard collected by municipalities (PPK)

Part of the tender is the proportion of PPK quantities collected by the municipalities of grade 1.02 (mixed paper) of the dual systems. Of this, about 2,200 mg are advertised. For the year 2023, a pro-rata calculation will take place. The specified quantity is a guideline for price calculation. The material is pressed into bales by the client and made available to the contractor. A quantity corridor of 1,800 Mg to 2,600 Mg is expected.

The maximum quantity is assumed to be a deviation of up to 20%.

The tenderer shall be given the opportunity to inspect the quantity of PPK collected by prior arrangement in order to obtain knowledge of the nature and composition. This quality and composition is to be understood as a regular delivery condition within the meaning of the contract. The bidder must take this into account in his calculation. Possible consequences of failure to inspect the inspection shall be borne by the bidder/contractor.
