the services of the framework agreement are part of a global supply of ferrous and non-ferrous metals (steel, aluminium, brass, bronze, copper and others) in the following identified families (provisional list): ? Steel general use (squares, angles, flats, rounds, sheets, tubes, ...)? Carbon steel and alloys (squares, angles, flats, rounds, sheets, tubes, ...)? Stainless steel? Aluminum (squares, flats, flow rates, ...)? Non-ferrous metals (bronze, copper, cupro, brass, titanium)the holder of the framework agreement will be responsible in particular for:- the provision of a purchasing portal used for the purchase of metals. - the continuous updating of the portal, integrating all the items ordered, throughout the duration of the execution of the contract,- the implementation from the purchasing portal of payments by acquisition card level 3,- training in the use of the purchasing portal- metal supply, packaging, storage, packaging, marking, loading, insurance, transport to the place of delivery, unloading at destination
