Storage of paper documentation in an external archive along with archiving, destruction and document sharing services.

1. The subject of the contract is: 1.1. the service of storing non-archival paper documentation of the type: B2, B5, B10, BE5, BE10, BE15, BE50 (hereinafter also referred to as "documents"), provided by the Ordering Party; 1.2. archiving service for non-archival documentation; 1.3. the service of making available, at the request of the Ordering Party, documents – understood as delivery and collection of indicated containers with documents to and from the Ordering Party's registered office; 1.4. certified destruction of the indicated documentation, in accordance with ISO/IEC 21964 for security class 2, security level P3 or higher. 2. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ). Other conditions regarding the performance of the contract are set out in the "Draft provisions of the contract" (PPU) constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
