1. The subject of the contract is the provision of public transport services in the area of the Iwanowice and Michałowice communes as part of the Władysław – Maszków – Michałowice communication line.
2. The Contractor shall be obliged to have in the vehicles through which the transport will be carried out, readers enabling identification of cards (tickets, identifiers) entitling to free travel issued by the Ordering Party, and to provide the Ordering Party with a stationary ticket machine compatible with mobile readers (machines for printing tickets, cards, identifiers)
Vehicles for line service must be marked by the Contractor with the logo of the Iwanowice Commune with graphics agreed with the ordering party (Organizer)
a. The length of the communication line in one direction – 18 km.
b. Daily number of courses: Monday – Friday: 22, Saturdays and public holidays 11
Rolling stock requirements
1. Technical parameters of buses:
a. Buses must meet the requirements for vehicle approval set out in the Act of 20 June 1997. Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 110, as amended).
b. Buses must meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022, as amended).
c. "Folding" and "SAM" buses are not allowed.
2. Passenger compartment.
a. All structural elements of the bus interior must be fixed in a durable and safe manner, without exposing passengers to any damage, and metal elements must be permanently covered with varnish or other material intended for this purpose.
b. Horizontal handrails shall be placed at a height that allows them to be used by passengers without additional handles.
c. The heating system of the passenger compartment of each bus shall ensure uniform and effective heating of the entire interior of the vehicle.
d. Heating must be switched on at an outside air temperature below (+) 5 degrees Celsius.
e. Each bus should have natural ventilation, using at least one roof hatch.
f. Each bus should have forced ventilation.
3. Advertisements, posters, Vehicle markings.
a. It is allowed to place posters and advertisements outside and inside buses performing the service. The Operator must each time obtain the written consent of the Organizer to place advertisements or posters, after presenting the design of the advertisement or poster.
b. Each bus should be equipped with an electronic direction board: front and side on the side of the entrance to the vehicle, allowing reading information after dark.
c. Each bus should have a communication line number separately or together with the directional board. ˗ communication line Władysław – Michałowice – Władysław
4. Minimum specific parameters for the base bus:
a. Exhaust gas purity standard: min. EURO-6.
b. Age: not older than 2021 on the day of signing the contract.
c. Number of seats: min. 14. 4) Number of standing room: min. 18.
d. A place intended for transporting a disabled person in a wheelchair or pram (may be at the expense of standing places).
e. Low floor and ramp for wheelchair access
f. Equipped with front and rear doors with electric opening.
g. Air conditioning of the passenger compartment.
5. Minimum specific parameters for a replacement bus:
a. Exhaust gas purity standard: min. EURO-6.
b. Age: not older than five years on the day of signing the contract.
c. Number of seats: min. 14.
d. Number of standing places: min. 7.
