Applicable regulations.

Entrepreneurs are obliged to comply with all applicable environmental, social and labor law obligations under European Union law, national law or collective agreements or under the provisions of international environmental, social and environmental law listed in Annex 2 of the Public Procurement Act. and labor law, to be complied with and to be enforced by any person who acts as a subcontractor at any stage and by any person who employs staff for the execution of the contract. Without prejudice to the application of the penalties referred to in other legal, regulatory or conventional provisions, the breaches of the obligations referred to shall be determined by the contracting authority and it shall, if necessary, take measures for breaches of the provisions of the contract.
The contractor must be in possession of all required authorizations, permits and approvals, necessary for the execution of the assignment and the use of the means that he will use for this purpose.
He is also responsible for compliance with these provisions by his subcontractors.
Each tenderer is expected to know, accept and comply with the applicable regulatory provisions.
Notification obligation
By submitting a tender, the tenderers unconditionally accept the content of the specifications and the accompanying contract documents as well as the content of the placement procedure as described in the specifications, and they agree to be bound by its provisions. The contracting authority is not bound by the general terms and conditions of sale and / or delivery of the contractor.
If a market player in the specifications and / or the other contract documents discovers errors or gaps that are such that they would make the price calculation or the comparison of the offers impossible, or if he has one or more objections to the contents of the specifications or the procedure described therein (errors, inconsistencies, illegality, etc.), he must immediately and in writing inform the contracting authority, this by e-mail and by registered letter, stating the reason and at the latest ten (10) calendar days before the final date for receipt of tenders. No complaints in this regard will be accepted after that date.
