The aim of the contract is to meet the Contracting Authority´s need for workshop services for sanitation vehicles

in a high quality and cost and resource efficient manner.

ÅRIM must be a prioritised customer due to vulnerability and consequences in case of deficient

sanitation services. The household sanitation service is a socially critical service and the importance of promptly

repairs of vehicles are therefore necessary.

The contract must include the following services: Service agreement, regular services for ÅRIM's sanitation vehicles. Individual assignments where the sanitation vehicles have short notice requirements for repairs, Periodic vehicle inspections and Emergency response assignments with mechanics/mobile service vehicle.
