The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations, solar collectors and biomass boilers in the area of the municipality of Chrzanów, which is implemented under the project “Increasing the use of renewable energy sources in the area of Chrzanów Municipality —Stage II”.

1. Supply and installation of photovoltaic installations in the area of the municipality of Chrzanów, including in particular:

1. Supply and assembly based on the technical documentation of 183 sets of photovoltaic installations, together with structures adapted to the assembly site, including:

(a) 87 sets with a power of min. 3,105 kWp,

(b) 96 sets with a power of min. 3,795 kWp;

2) installation of the supporting structure on the roof;

3) assembly of new PV modules not older than 2020 on the structure;

4) factory assembly of new not older than 2020, DC/AC inverters/inverters on the structure;

5) installation of the switchgear for photovoltaics (DC and AC side) together with PV grounding (ground resistance value should reach <10 Ohm);

6) laying of cable routes, grounding and cables from the PV panels to the inverter and the inverter wires to the electrical switchgear;

7) commissioning of the system and adjustments;

8) measurements of electrical installations required by appropriate regulations;

9) the configuration of all inverters, connection to the Internet network of the user (in the absence of a fixed Internet connection at the location of the inverter, the cost of bringing the coverage is covered by the User, in the absence of the Internet network in the user equipping the user with a module that allows you to connect to the Internet network in the future.) and integrate into a single system to monitor energy production, ecological benefits and control the work of photovoltaic installations from the system. The system must be available for desktop and mobile devices on iOS and Android, system monitoring devices should be able to communicate with a dedicated server on which the intended data will be saved;

10) the training of facility managers and users on the operation and use of solar installations carried out in the framework of this proceeding;

11) the implementation of documentation of the application of the micro-installation connection to the electricity grid of the regional DSO;

12) manufacture of the necessary mounting holes and culverts for the introduction of equipment;

13) Sealing of mounting holes and culverts after introduction.

1. Supply and installation of solar collectors in the area of the municipality of Chrzanów, including in particular:

1) supply and assembly on the basis of the technical documentation held by the contracting authority 177 sets of solar collectors installations in residential buildings of natural persons, including:

(a) 89 sets of solar collectors installations 30/300,

(b) 88 sets of installations of solar collectors 40/400;

2) installation of a support structure adapted to the place of installation on the building;

3) installation of solar collectors on the support structure;

4) installation of pipelines along with insulation;

5) installation of control and measurement fittings;

6) installation of the solar tray;

7) start and execute the boot and transfer the installation to the user;

8) train the Installation User with Solar Set Support;

9) provide the user with the instructions for the use of the solar kit.

1. Supply and installation of biomass boilers in the area of the municipality of Chrzanów, including in particular:

1) supply and assembly based on the technical documentation of 30 pcs of biomass boilers in residential buildings of natural persons, including:

(a) 7 pcs of heating boilers c.o. + c.w.u. using biomass — pellet with a nominal power of a boiler of 25 kW,

(b) 23 pcs of heating boilers c.o. + c.w.u. gasifying wood with a nominal power of a boiler of 25 kW;

2) installation of fittings, equipment and other elements according to the technological scheme;

3) installation of the control system;

4) the performance of rinsing and pressure tests of the installation;

5) filling of the installation;

6) commissioning of the installation;

7) training users;

8) drawing up an instruction manual and communicating it to users;

9) replenishment and sealing of cavities after the passages of the ducts;

10) manufacture of cold, warm c.o. and electrical water systems necessary for connection to the designed system;

11) the installation of modules in boilers allowing the subsequent inclusion of their energy management system on the basis of tik.2 technologies.
