Plymouth Community Homes (PCH) is a housing association set up in 2009 to take over the ownership and management of over 15,000 homes in Plymouth transferred from Plymouth City Council. PCH are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and highly experienced suppliers for the ongoing supply of hardwoods to our PCH Manufacturing Services division. A full specification of the materials and service requirements is provided within the Invitation to Tender and only suppliers who can meet the requirements in their entirety as part of their existing core business will be considered for the tender. The proposed contract will be for a period of four years, at PCH sole discretion, and based on good performance and business unit objectives. The supplier will be selected according to the criteria set out in the Invitation to Tender based on service, quality and pricing offered in the proposal. PCH intends to enter into contract with one (1) supplier following the tender for all supplies. The remaining 2 frameworks to be established will be allocated to tenderers scoring second and third place in the tender in the event of supplier insolvency or non-performance of the winning supplier to suppliers willing to enter into contract on this basis.
