The Norwegian Centre for ICT in Education invites companies to participate in an open tender competition with the aim of entering into parallel framework agreements for graphical design services.

The framework agreements are connected to the awarding authority's need for graphical design services within the following sub areas:

— Graphical design for digital media,

— Graphical design for printed media.

The aim of the contract is to cover the awarding authority's need for such services, to the degree that these are not carried out internally at the awarding authority. A contract shall be signed with up to four - 4 - service providers for each of the two sub areas.

The framework agreements that are signed shall be for two years. The Norwegian Centre for ICT in Education shall, in addition, have a unilateral right to extend the contract for 1+1 year.

The framework agreement's total extent is estimated to be approx. 6 000 000–8 000 000 NOK for the coming four year period, of which the estimate is that the costs will be divided with approx. 60 % for the digital media sub area and approx. 40 % for the printed media sub area. The estiamte is based on the expected need for resources, but it does not bind the Norwegian Centre for ICT in Education. The need can vary from year to year depending on grants, degree of activity, other framework limits and needs.
